Great stay for families!

Just spent 3 nights with my family and loved it! The room was spacious and had all we needed, like a coffee machine and good Wi-Fi. Breakfast was a highlight, and tons of local restaurants offered vegan options. Only issue was that the decor might not be everyone’s taste, but it didn’t bother us too much.

Had a spacious, nicely decorated room, though the mattress was a bit worn. Appreciate the friendly phone service and breakfast options, but cleanliness could be improved. The street noise was bothersome at night , leaving the stay a bit chaotic.

i loved staying at charter house! the deluxe family suite was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and spacious. breakfast was amazing, served at the wheatsheaf across the square, and the location is perfect. the staff were genuinely lovely and super helpful throughout our stay!

The location was lovely, right on a beautiful square, and we had a fantastic view of the church next door which felt kinda surreal, you know? I mean, the breakfast was superb too, staff were friendly, they really made you feel at home.

We had a fantastic time staying here with friends! The location is spot on, and our family suite fit us perfectly. We visited the local attractions and had a blast at the pub for breakfast, which was superb! Just a heads up, the hotel doesn’t have a reception. so plan your check-in accordingly.

It was just a great fit for a little getaway in Newport with very good value for money. The underfloor heating was a nice surprise, even if figuring it out took a bit of effort. Make sure to check parking options ahead of time. they're not as clear as expected.
